Schedule a Fitness Assessment.

Your starting point to training at CoGym is a two-part fitness assessment. Beginning with a consultation call, we’ll discuss your current lifestyle and goals. Leave the call with the in-person component scheduled, consisting of four physical tests:

  1. NASM Overhead Squat Assessment (mobility)

  2. Ebbeling Treadmill Test (VO2max)

  3. InBody Dial H30N (body composition)

  4. Digital dynamometer (grip strength)

This baseline will determine your CoGym Score and identify areas for improvement.
