No. CoGym is a private personal training studio, not an open gym. Coached workouts take place at CoGym, while independent workouts are completed at another facility. The goal is to help you train effectively anywhere while still receiving programming, tracking, and coaching support.

Yes. Independent workouts are completed at a gym or facility of your choice. Your coach programs around the equipment you have access to, whether that is a commercial gym, apartment gym, home gym, or another training space.

Yes. Programming is adjusted around any injury or limitation. CoGym is located inside Myo Physiotherapy, which allows for direct coordination with a physical therapist if desired.
Getting Started

Coached workouts are one hour. Your coach takes you through your programmed exercises with an emphasis on form, technique, and understanding why each movement is there. The goal is skill transfer: every session moves you closer to training independently.

A typical workout starts with a warm-up that prepares you for the main movements. Main work usually includes heavier barbell or dumbbell exercises, followed by supplemental movements that target weaknesses or support your training goals.

Every independent workout is programmed by your coach and delivered through the CoGym training app. You’ll see the full exercise sequence, sets, reps, rest periods, and video demos. Each workout is designed around the facility where you train.

Whatever you have access to. Your coach programs independent workouts around the equipment at your facility. If your workout venue has limitations, programming is adjusted accordingly.

Text, email, or the CoGym training app. Your coach is available between sessions for questions about programming, form, independent workouts, or anything else related to your training.

Coached workouts are generally available weekdays from 8 AM - 5 PM. Potential open time slots will be discussed on your coaching call.

Sessions are one hour from your scheduled start time, so a late arrival just means a shorter workout. Cancelled sessions should be communicated in advance. No-shows forfeit the session credit.

Body composition: InBody Dial H30N
VO2 max: Ebbeling Treadmill Test (or using data from your wearable)
Grip strength: digital hand dynamometer
Mobility: NASM Overhead Squat Assessment
Lifestyle metrics are scored using CoGym’s proprietary formula based on your wearable data and lifestyle index survey.

A score of 70 or above is considered strong. Most clients start below that. Your score is tracked on a digital personal scorecard that breaks down each metric so you can see exactly where your points come from and where to improve.

Most clients retest their CoGym Score 2-4 times per year. Retesting gives you a point of comparison over time and shows what changed across your physical metrics and lifestyle index.

If you are interested in more traditional personal training arrangements, the pricing is as follows:
1 coached workout per week (4 per month) - $295/month
2 coached workouts per week (8 per month) - $595/month
3 coached workouts per week (12 per month) - $895/month

Pricing & Commitment

In the Autonomy phase, you complete 3 independent workouts per week at the gym or facility of your choice. Weekly in-person workouts are no longer built into your schedule. Instead, you continue with lower-touch coaching, programming, tracking, and 1 hour of check-in time per month.

In the Autonomy phase, you have 1 hour of check-in time per month. That time can be used live or digitally: one longer progress session, a video call, or shorter check-ins throughout the month. You can also text or email your coach between check-ins.
