CoGym is a semi-private training studio where clients follow their own personalized programs. Sessions may overlap with 1-2 others or can be kept private, but everyone works independently under supervision.

CoGym is not an open gym. Your membership provides access to the studio during coached workouts only.

Coached workouts are one hour. You and your coach will determine regular set times that work for you.

Halfway in between a personal training session and a small group training session. Each workout has been planned in advance in your personalized programing. Your coach will be spotting all barbell movements while giving commentary on form.
If there are others in the studio, your coach may be assisting them while you rest in between sets. You are welcome to observe and interact with others but will not be asked to spot.
Workouts are designed to need the most supervision at the beginning, tapering off so that by the end you’ll get light feedback and can finish at your own pace.

In this initial concept, I will be coaching during these hours:

Membership is flexible based on how often you’d like to come in:
1 coached workout per week: $149/month (4 coached workouts per month)
2 coached workouts per week: $299/month (8 coached workouts per month)
3 coached workouts per week: $449/month (12 coached workouts per month)
4 coached workouts per week: $599/month (16 coached workouts per month)
5 coached workouts per week: $749/month (20 coached workouts per month)
All clients will receive full weeks of programming regardless of how many coached workouts you have per week. Non-coached workouts will need to be completed at another facility.

A typical workout will begin with a warm-up that corresponds to the main movement(s).
Main movement(s) include heavier barbell and dumbbell movements, followed by supplemental movements with specialized equipment to target weaknesses.
Prescribed solo cardio may be completed on our machines either before or after the workout.

Body composition: InBody Dial H30
VO2 max: Ebbeling Treadmill Test (or using data from your wearable)
Grip strength: digital hand dynamometer
Mobility: NASM Overhead Squat Assessment

It is recommended to retest your score on a monthly basis but you are welcome to do so during any of your workouts.
