Learn how to work out while progressing towards autonomy in a 3-phase approach. Your coach directs the entire process. Start by scheduling your CoGym Assessment here.

1-3 coached workouts per week, all under direct 1:1 supervision. This phase lasts from several weeks to several months.

Complete one or more prescribed solo workouts weekly. Can decrease coached workouts if successful in this phase.

All prescribed workouts are solo. Periodic check-ins with your coach to discuss progress and update programming. Pair up with other clients in this phase both in coached workouts and solo workouts for accountability.

Measure body composition, VO2 max, grip strength, and mobility to understand your current physical capacity.

Key lifestyle behaviors like sleep, hydration, and daily activity are quantified using data from wearables and a behavior survey.

Your physical metrics and lifestyle index are combined to generate a score out of 100. Missing points highlight areas for improvement.

2 coached workouts per week: $745/month
