Workouts are completed under direct supervision from your coach. Detailed metrics are collected and reviewed regularly.

Sometimes you’ll have the coach to yourself, other times you may share the studio with up to two other clients.

Measure body composition, VO2 max, grip strength, and mobility to understand your current physical capacity.

Key lifestyle behaviors like sleep, hydration, and daily activity are quantified using data from wearables and a behavior survey.

Your physical metrics and lifestyle index are combined to generate a score out of 100. Missing points highlight areas for improvement.

Your studio membership includes personalized exercise programming and metrics tracking alongside up to five coached workouts per week. Each workout runs on your schedule, with supervision available throughout.

2 coached workouts per week: $299/month
3 coached workouts per week: $449/month
